Let's Build Tech Solutions
Business Management Platform

Business management software that keeps your books, purchasing and assets in one ledger.

Let's Build Tech Solutions is a unified business management platform. It brings accounting, invoicing, accounts payable, procurement, asset management and reporting into one system, so a purchase order, a bill and the payment that settles it all post to the same ledger instead of being re-keyed between disconnected tools.

It is built as seven modules on one ledger. You can run all of them, or start with the part of the business that is costing you the most time.

Workspaces in the platform
  • General Ledger
  • Invoices & Bills
  • Cash Flow & Runway
  • Purchase Orders
  • Company Assets

Each one reads and writes the same ledger, so a purchase order approved in one shows up in the others without an export.

What it removes

The work that disappears when the tools stop being separate

Most of the friction in running a company's finances is not the accounting. It is moving the same information between systems that do not talk to each other.

The same entry, keyed three times

A bill arrives, gets recorded in one tool, approved in another and reconciled in a third. The platform records it once and posts it to a single ledger.

Paying a vendor twice

Duplicate vendor invoices are caught by matching each bill to its purchase order and receipt before the payment is released, not after the money has gone.

Waiting for month-end to see margins

Profit and loss, burn and runway are read from the live ledger, so the numbers do not depend on a close or a reconciled spreadsheet.

Chasing overdue invoices by hand

Reminders and follow-ups run on their own against the receivables ledger, with disputes tracked rather than remembered.

An asset register that lives in a spreadsheet

Every company asset carries its custodian, location, book value and next service date, with depreciation posted automatically.

Who it is for

Built for growing businesses, not for enterprise procurement cycles

The platform fits companies whose finance operations have outgrown spreadsheets but who do not want a year-long implementation. Teams from 1 to 200+ employees use the same system; what changes is how many of the seven modules are switched on.

It is a particular fit where money moves through more than one hand — where a purchase needs a requester and an approver, where more than one entity or currency is on the books, or where someone is currently keeping the asset register in a spreadsheet.

Signs the platform is the right shape for you

  • The same transaction is entered in more than one system
  • Payments above a certain size should need a second signature
  • You run more than one entity, or bill in more than one currency
  • Overdue invoices are chased manually, or not at all
  • Nobody can say what a given company asset is worth today
Main capabilities

What the platform does

Six areas, one ledger underneath all of them. The field names below are the columns the product actually shows.

Accounting and the general ledger

Cash flow, invoices and expenses stay reconciled as they happen, with debits and credits recorded across bank accounts and entities rather than at the end of a period.

Included
  • Continuous bank reconciliation
  • Multi-entity & multi-currency support
  • Export-ready audit & tax books

Procurement and accounts payable

Purchase orders, vendor bills and receipts are matched against each other before money moves, so a discrepancy is held for review instead of paid.

Sales management: invoicing and receivables

Billing and collections are one flow. Invoices go out on their own schedule, payment links are attached to them, and what is still owed stays synced to the ledger.

Company asset management

Every asset the company owns is held in one register with the person responsible for it, where it sits, and what it is now worth.

Cash flow and reporting

Margins, overdue accounts and burn rate are read from the same ledger the transactions post to, so reporting is a view rather than an export.

Approvals and automation

Who signs off on what is a setting, not a convention. Authority is scoped by role, and every action taken against it is recorded.

What it connects to

The platform is built around these integration surfaces. Which specific providers apply to your stack is confirmed on the architecture call, and anything missing is built — connecting existing systems is one of our engineering services.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is business management software?

Business management software brings the systems a company runs on — accounting, purchasing, invoicing, assets and reporting — into one application instead of several. Transactions are recorded once and post to a shared ledger, so the same purchase order, bill or payment does not have to be re-entered in separate tools.

Does it replace our existing accounting software?

It does not have to. The platform keeps its own double-entry ledger, and accounting software sync is one of its supported integration surfaces, so it can either take over the books or post alongside the system you already use. Which of the two fits is decided during the architecture call.

Can we start with one module and add the rest later?

Yes. The platform is modular. You can run all seven modules or begin with the part of the business costing you the most time, and the others post to the same ledger whenever they are switched on.

How does it connect to systems we already use?

Each module is built around its own integration surfaces — bank feeds, payment rails, payroll, identity providers, accounting software sync and more. Which specific providers apply to your stack is confirmed on the architecture call, and anything missing is built as an engineering project.
